We are going to be able to use the generator and stereo system kept by Juicyfruit Jim.

We'll need to plan on bringing along some gas. Jim should be able to help us determine how much gas is needed. From what I recall, it is not that much. We don't want to over-bring (and we can always syphon gas if need be from a car).

This should have all the pieces - no extra expense. Just need to get the stuff from Jim and pack it in the truck (and make sure we can put it all together. Should be easy enough).

On the return, we will take the generator to get it serviced. Plan $150 for that.

Believe we can plug in iPods, so we'll need people to bring their iPods with some music mixes to play.

I've sent a note to Jim & John about this - assume we won't really need to act on it until mid-August. (He may be using the system / generator prior to BM). My email just made sure that it would be available to us and that we don't need to worry about any of the components (e.g., we just need to learn how to use it all).
