We totally forgot to talk about the ice cart.  Here's the deal -

Once a day (or every couple of days), we need to go to Antartica and buy ice for the kitchen coolers and for the beverage dispensers.  This tends to be 3 ice blocks and anywhere from 6-10 bags of ice (I am guessing on that latter number but it is more than one!).

Once you buy the ice, you need some way to get it back to camp!

Last year we borrowed an adult tricycle that had a big basket on the back. That is not an option this year.

Think  along the lines of a wagon or cart of some sort. Something you can put a cooler in and perhaps attach to your bike.

Right now we have nothing.
