Special note: early arrivals for CAMPS WITHIN VILLAGES should coordinate and send EAs through the VILLAGE MAIN CONTACTS ONLY.

Camps within villages should NOT send separate requests.

IF YOU DO NOT REQUEST YOUR EARLY ARRIVALS NOW, AND THEN CHECK IN AT BLACK ROCK CITY WITH THE PLACEMENT TEAM THROUGH THE GREETER'S STATION, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR RESERVED SPACE!

Your early arrival request email subject line should read like this [CAMP NAME - EARLY ARRIVAL COUNT- EARLY ARRIVAL DATE] :
